Members of the Costume & Textile Society revel in all things fabric. Join us and you'll see and experience much more than what's on display. Have a look at the museum's vast costume holdings. Or, perhaps you can assist with a conservation project, or help ready garments for the museum’s famous Posh Tag Sale. Join us.
Purpose: To support the Costume & Textile Department. To provide educational, social, and creative opportunities to its membership.
Responsibilities: Volunteer for conservation and design projects, plus fundraising events, including the popular Posh Tag Sale.
Qualifications: Any Atheneum member may join.
Perks: Lectures, seminars, social events, members' newsletter, and opportunities to visit other institutions displaying costumes and textiles.
